The six-roll or seven-roll straightening machine adopts combined convex & concave roller type and it adopts the principle of double roll squeezing, which can realize the straightening in the whole length and its straightening accuracy is less than or equal to 1‰. 矫直辊采用两台直流电机传动,传动装置选用全数字可逆直流调速系统,光电编码器反馈。系统配备有速度、力矩自适应调节单元,以提高矫直机的矫直精度和延长矫直辊的使用寿命。
