Introduction to Skin Pass Mill System
公司自2002年以来已经承接10余套镀锌生产线光整机电气控制系统,并出口欧洲。
Since the establishing of the company in 2002, we have completed over 10 sets of electric control system for galvanization production line of skin pass mill which were exported to Europe.
光整机传动采用西门子6RA70系列全数字式直流控制装置供电,具有速度控制、张力控制及负荷分配控制。
Skin Pass Mill adopts the Siemens 6RA70 Digital DC Controlling device, which has the functions of speed control, tension control and load distribution control.
基础自动化采用西门子S7系列PLC,完成光整机工艺控制、系统联锁及保护。PLC通过PROFllBUS-DP网络与计算机系统、直流传动装置及远程I/O构成一体化的自动化网络。
The basic automation adopts PLC of Siemens S7 series for the process control, system interlock and protection. The PLC forms an integrated automatic network with computer system, DC drive devices and remote I/O by PROFllBUS-DP network.
光整机压下系统采用二级计算机控制,上级计算机作过程控制级并兼作监控站,主要完成:AEC参数设定、在线预压靠及辊缝调零、光整过程状态画面与参数显示,故障显示及报警等。下位计算机用于实时控制,完成:压力闭环、位置闭环、延伸率闭环,弯辊力调节、调偏控制、入出口张力闭环控制以及事故辊缝快抬。
The screw-down system for skin pass mill adopts two-level computer control and the upper level computer acts as the process control and monitoring station, it is responsible for AEC parameter setting, preliminary roll contact and roll seam zero adjustment, finishing process display and parameter display, failure display and warning. The lower computer is used for real time control and it is to complete closed loop pressure, closed-loop elongation, bending roll adjustment, offset control, closed-loop control of intake tension and trouble roll quickly lifting.
